Pray: Pray that God unites your heart. Ask Him to rid you of any distractions that may lead your ears, eyes, or mind away from your time with God. Invite the Holy Spirit into your heart so you can understand what God is teaching.
Read: Read Proverbs 2; Matthew 7:7-8
Ask: What is the purpose of this Proverb? How do these passages relate? What things are you attracted to, and do they negatively or positively influence your relationship with God? What does Solomon say are some benefits of seeking wisdom?
Apply: Ask God to reveal the attractiveness of wisdom. Think of ways you can
be attentive to wisdom, turn your heart to understand, and call out for discernment. Come up with one thing you need to change, add, or remove from your life that will make it possible for you to let wisdom enter your life.
